Four homes on four lots in Weymouth, South Auckland — developed by 3 Risers Limited and delivered to Kāinga Ora as public housing.
At 454 Weymouth Road, 3 Risers Limited developed a four-lot site into four new homes, built by Kratos Homes to a design by Forrest Stone. On completion, the homes were delivered to Kāinga Ora, New Zealand’s public housing agency, adding to the supply of public housing in South Auckland.
The project is an example of the development partnerships we offer to Kāinga Ora and registered Community Housing Providers — bringing together land, design, consenting and construction to deliver homes where they’re needed.
