3 Risers Limited is an Auckland-based property development company. Since 2020 we've been developing new homes for the open market and for social housing — bringing together land, design, consenting and construction partners to deliver quality housing where it's needed.

The name
Why “3 Risers”?
A riser is the vertical face of a stair — the part that lifts you to the next level. Three risers make a flight: a small, solid climb. It's how we think about development — careful, measured steps that raise the standard of housing and lift the communities around it.
